[New paper] ISOexpresso: a web-based platform for isoform-level expression analysis in human cancer

We published a new method paper in BMC Genomics.
In this paper, In Seok Yang (1st author) and Sangwoo Kim (corresponding author) implemented a new web server (ISOexpresso) to easily check isoform specific expression in cancer based on TCGA database.
Hyeonju Son and Sora Kim joined this study in analyzing data.
