[Award] Taehyeon Kim won BIOINFO 2025 Excellent Poster Award from the Korean Society for Bioinformatics (KSBI)

On October 17th, our lab member Taehyeon Kim received the Excellent Poster Award at BIOINFO 2025 held in Suwon for his presentation titled “FAULDS: A Bayesian Framework for Likelihood-Based Decomposition of DNA Mixtures.” The study introduces a probabilistic model employing Reversible Jump Markov Chain Monte Carlo (RJMCMC) to infer the number of contributors and their mixture proportions from SNP-based DNA data.
