[New paper] identification of false somatic variants from recombinant vector contamination
We published a new method paper in Bioinformatics.
In this paper, Junho Kim (1st author) and Sangwoo Kim (corresponding author) developed a new method (Vecuum) to identify and filter false somatic mutations that caused from contamination of recombinant vector.
