[New paper] CLEMENT: Algorithm for accurate decomposition of non-tumor diploid samples
Our new paper published in Nucleic Acids Research.
In this paper, Young-soo Chung and Seungseok Kang present CLEMENT, a novel tool applicable to clonal decomposition in DNA bulk sequencing data, specifically designed for non-tumor diploid samples.
