[New paper] Whole-exome and whole-transcriptome sequencing of canine mammary gland tumors
Our new paper has been published in Scientific Data.
In this study, we provided useful reference points for comparative analysis with human cancers and for developing novel diagnostic and therapeutic technologies for cancers in pet dogs.
This study has been mainly done by Dr. Ka-Kyung Kim and Prof. Sangwoo Kim.
