[New paper] Isoform-specific KRAS expression in lung cancer
We published a new paper in BMC Bioinformatics.
In this study, Dr. In Seok Yang and Prof. Sangwoo Kim found a differently expressed transcripts of KRAS (K-Ras4A and K-Ras4B) is associated with the prognosis of lung adenocarcinoma.
