[New paper] Codon bias in somatic mutations
We published a new paper in Scientific Reports.
In this paper, Hyeonju Son analyzed publicly reported somatic mutations in cancer to identify the uncovered bias in the usage of codons. Hyeondeok Kang and Prof. Hyun Seok Kim also joined the study.
