[New paper] In silico analysis of signal transduction
We published a new paper in the Lecture Notes in Computer Science
In this study, Prof. Sangwoo Kim and Prof. Hojung Nam (GIST) developed a new computation framework to simulate the cellular signal transduction based on the gene/protein networks. This new framework has been implemented using the Jess language and works for various kinds of networks.
