[Research grant] Young researcher program
Sangwoo Kim will be funded a research grant from the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Reseach Driven Hospital Program. The theme of the project is "Prediction of tumor cell neo-antigens for personalized cancer immunotherapy", in which we will develop a new method that predict immunogenic neoantigens by computational approach. The immunogenic neoantigens will be used to develop new prognostic marker for immune check point inhibitor. The Grant budget is ~$50k / year (3 yrs)
