Our new paper has been published in iScience.

In this paper, we demonstrate that while CD8+ T cells efficiently target HLA-I antigen-presenting tumor cells in early stages, the effectiveness varies with antigen recognition and is complicated by VHL gene inactivation, which, through an unexpected association with HLA-I heterozygosity, can accelerate tumor development, potentially due to VEGF-A-mediated T cell exhaustion.

Congratulations!
