[New paper] Impact of mouse contamination in genomic profiling of patient-derived models and best pr

Our new paper has been published in Genome Biology.

In this study, we showed the impacts of mouse genome contamination occurring the analysis of human PDM sequencing data, and suggested the best practice for robust analysis.

Sangwoo Kim and Eunyoung Kim initiated the key idea, and Eunyoung Kim prepared the benchmark dataset. Se-Young Jo conducted the main analysis through the study with Sangwoo Kim's supervision.
