[New paper] Filtering methods for Ion-Torrent sequencing
We published a new paper in Bioinformatics.
In this study, Dr. Sunguk Shin developed a new filtering method for somatic variant calling in Ion-Torrent sequencing platform, which shows a different error-profiles from conventional Illumina sequencing. The AIRVF removed prevailing false somatic variants in Ion-Torrent sequencing.
