[Award] Yoo-Jin Ha won BIOINFO 2023 best paper award from Korean society for Bioinformatics (KSBI)
On November 14, our lab member Yoo-Jin Ha won a grand prize of best paper award from Korean society for Bioinformatics (KSBI) with our lab members Seungseok Kang, Jisoo Kim, Junhan Kim, and Se-Young Jo, supervised by Sangwoo Kim. The awarded paper repoerted comprehensive benchmarking and guidance of mosaic variant calling strategies.
