[New paper] A new method to detect low-frequent somatic deletion in control-free samples

We published a new paper in Bioinformatics.

In this study, Junho Kim (1st author) and Sangwoo Kim (corresponding author) developed a new method (SoloDel) that discovers somatic deletions that exist in a low-frequency in a sample. We validated that this method can detect a novel somatic deletion this is present at as low as ~1% in brain tissues.
