[New paper] BAMixChecker: an automated checkup tool for matched sample pairs in NGS cohort
Our new paper has been published in Bioinformatcs.
In this study, we developed a tool for check whether if the samples are swapped or not.
This study has been performed mainly by Hein Chun and Sangwoo Kim.
