[New paper] Mutations that confer EGFR-TKI resistance

We published a new paper in Lung Cancer.

In this collaborative study with Prof. Byung-Chul Cho (Severance Hospital, Dept. of Internal Medicine) Sora Kim and Sangwoo Kim analyzed genomic profiles of lung cancer patients who had a first-line EGFR-TKI (EGFR Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor) and developed a resistant relapse to find the genomic differences between the groups. We found a new EGFR mutation (EGFR p.T263P) confers resistance to EGFR-TKI.
